Overview: Many Samsung devices store a flash counter keeps track of how many times have flashed *custom* firmwares device. On some devices, a yellow triangle sort of visual warn also displayed dur boot if are runn a *custom* firmware.
TriangleAway was built disable triangle (if a visual warn present) reset custom ROM flash counter 0. T requires root !

You find current status of flash counter firmware state (custom official) by boot into “download mode” most devices. The usual way of getng into “download mode” by first turn off device, n turn it by press hold volumedown+home+por. Alternatively, “adb reboot download” comm also often works.
When run TriangleAway, if device firmware are supported, it will show detected state of binary (custom official) flash counter value, option “Reset flash counter”. Please confirm inmation shown correct bee resetng values.
On a number of devices, TriangleAway work, b firmware may not be supported directly. In case, will tell it needs reboot into a special boot mode, which will be hen if select “Reset flash counter”. The device will reboot into a special mode which will allow review current status reset binary flash counter values ( abort noth).
!!! THIS IS A DANGEROUS OPERATION AND COULD POTENTIALLY BRICK YOUR DEVICE. PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK. A USB JIG IS PREFERRED IF YOU HAVE A WORKING ONE !!!
( by brick I mean brick – only a board replacement a JTAG unit will be able save , don’t mess boot(loader) stuff unless *really* mean it! )
Note#1: us Triangle Away may unmount SD card. Reboot manually remount it from Android setngs.
Note#2: SGS3, “stem modified” status only be reset some firmwares.

Wher not Triangle Away works depends largely kernel. Flash a different kernel may it work if it previously didn’t.
Variants are NOT based Exynos processors b rar Qualcomm Nvidia processors are NOT expected work. I honestly would NOT try (unl furr notice) – examples are Skyrocket AT&T Note.
